Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026 · Version privacy-2026-07-16
This policy covers slipforms.ai and the form used to request information about the private beta. It does not cover use of the Slipform app, which will have separate privacy terms before release.
If you request beta access, we store your email, the consent version you accepted, and the time we received it. We use that record only to manage beta access. We do not sell it, use advertising trackers, or add it to a general marketing list.
Who operates Slipform
Slipform is operated by Kaska LLC, a United States company. In this policy, “Slipform,” “we,” and “us” refer to Kaska LLC.
What we collect
- Beta-access requests. Your normalized email address, the consent version shown with the form, and a server-generated timestamp.
- Messages you send us. If you contact feedback@slipforms.ai, we keep the message and reply history as needed to respond.
- Infrastructure data. Cloudflare processes ordinary request and security metadata, including IP address and user-agent, to deliver and protect the site. We do not add that metadata to your beta-access record.
We do not ask for your name, company, role, workflow, repository, or free text in the beta-access form. A hidden anti-bot field is discarded and never stored.
How we use the record
We use your email to manage the private-beta list and contact you about a possible beta place. A request does not guarantee access or timing. We do not use this consent for app telemetry, research, recordings, testimonials, publication, or unrelated marketing.
Service provider
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, Workers KV storage, and inbound email routing. We intend to use Cloudflare Email Service for beta messages if outbound sending is enabled. We will update this policy before using a different email-delivery provider.
Tracking
The site does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, session replay, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may retain infrastructure and security logs under its service settings and legal obligations.
Retention
We keep a beta-access request for no more than 365 days after the most recent accepted request for that address. While Cloudflare's KV storage propagates, requests received close together may update the record's server timestamp or receive an error asking the sender to retry. We delete the record sooner if you ask, decline an invitation, or we close the list.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, receive a copy of, or delete your beta-access record, or withdraw consent and stop beta messages. Email feedback@slipforms.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on your consent for the beta-access record and related contact. You may withdraw it at any time. If you are in California, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International processing
We operate from the United States. Cloudflare may process information in the United States and other locations where it operates, subject to its data protection commitments.
Children
The site and beta-access list are not directed to anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 submitted an address, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta changes. We will post the new date and version here. If a change materially expands how we use an existing beta-access record, we will request new consent when required.
Questions or privacy requests: feedback@slipforms.ai.
