This policy covers the Slipforms website and waitlist at slipforms.ai. The Slipforms app is not released yet; when it ships, it will carry its own in-app privacy details. This page is about the site.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups. Your email address, the time you signed up, and a record that you agreed to the Terms and this policy. That's the whole record. We don't ask for your name, company, or anything else.
• Feedback you send us. If you email feedback@slipforms.ai, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes ordinary request metadata such as your IP address and browser user-agent to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use these logs to build a profile of you, and we don't join them to your waitlist record.

What we don't do

• No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers.
• No tracking cookies. The site works with cookies fully disabled.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your email with anyone for their own use.

How we use your email

One purpose: telling you about Slipforms. That means the invite when your batch is up, and the occasional short note about the release. We keep the volume low, and every email includes a one-click way to opt out. If you opt out, we stop emailing you but keep a minimal record that you asked us to, so we don't re-add you by mistake.

Where your data lives

The site and the waitlist run entirely on Cloudflare. Your waitlist record is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Cloudflare acts as our processor and handles the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We don't use any other third party to store or process your email.

Our subprocessor:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, waitlist storage, and standard request logging.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist record until one of these happens: you ask us to delete it, you decline or don't take up your invite, or we close the waitlist after launch. When any of those happens we remove your record. Server logs are short-lived and roll off on Cloudflare's standard schedule.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Send you a copy of it
• Stop emailing you

Email feedback@slipforms.ai and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, our legal basis for holding your email is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If you're in California, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

The app (coming)

Slipforms the app is designed to be local-first. Your workspaces, runs, and receipts are intended to live as plain files on your own Mac, not on our servers. Any AI features are planned to run under credentials you provide, subject to those providers' terms. This paragraph describes the intended design of software still in development, not a binding commitment; the app will ship with its own privacy details that govern once it's released.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and the waitlist isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us their email, write to us and we'll delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States and your data is stored with Cloudflare. If you're visiting from elsewhere, you're sending your email to be processed in the United States. By joining the waitlist you understand that.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for people on the waitlist, tell you by email before the change takes effect.
