These terms cover the Slipforms website and waitlist at slipforms.ai. The Slipforms app is pre-release software; when it ships, it will carry its own license and terms. This page is about the site.
Use the site fairly, join the waitlist if you want in, and know that the waitlist is a reservation, not a promise of access by any date. The site is provided as-is while the product is still being built.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you're allowed to agree for them.
What Slipforms is
Slipforms is a native Mac app for governed agent work, currently in pre-release development. This site describes the product and lets you join the waitlist. Nothing here is a guarantee that any particular feature will ship, or ship the way it's described today.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line, nothing more. We don't promise an invite by any date, and we may change batch sizes, eligibility, pricing, or the product itself before you get access. We roll out in small batches and may prioritize invites however we choose. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing feedback@slipforms.ai.
Eligibility
You need to be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement to join the waitlist. Use an email address you control, and give us accurate information. Don't sign someone else up without their permission.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair. Specifically, don't:
- Scrape, hammer, or try to enumerate the waitlist endpoint
- Submit signups through bots or automated scripts
- Probe, scan, or try to disrupt the site or its infrastructure
- Impersonate anyone or sign up addresses that aren't yours
- Use the site to break the law or infringe someone's rights
Intellectual property
The Slipforms name, mark, copy, and everything else on this site belong to us. These terms don't grant you any license to use them. You may link to the site, but don't reproduce or repackage it as your own.
Third-party services
This site runs on Cloudflare. When the app ships, any AI features it offers are expected to run under credentials and providers you choose, and your use of those providers will be subject to their terms as well as ours.
No warranty
The site and waitlist are provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The product is pre-release: we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending access
We can remove you from the waitlist or restrict your access to the site at any time, including if you break these terms. You can walk away at any time by leaving the waitlist and not using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
