Terms of Service
Effective July 16, 2026 · Version terms-2026-07-16
These terms cover slipforms.ai and requests to hear about the private beta. They do not grant access to the Slipform app. The app will have separate pre-release terms before anyone receives it.
Use the site fairly. A beta request tells us you are interested; it does not reserve a queue position, guarantee access, or promise an invitation date.
Who operates Slipform
Slipform is operated by Kaska LLC. In these terms, “Slipform,” “we,” and “us” refer to Kaska LLC.
Agreeing to these terms
By submitting a beta-access request, you agree to these terms and consent to the email use described in the Privacy Policy. Browsing the public site alone does not enroll you in the beta-access list. If you submit on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
The product and private beta
Slipform is a native Mac app for making repeatable Codex work visible through runs, stages, review gates, artifacts, and evidence. It is pre-release software. Site descriptions may change and are not a promise that a feature, integration, or release date will be available.
Beta-access requests
A request records your interest only. We may invite people in small groups and may consider product fit, support capacity, compatibility, and other factors. We do not promise access, timing, price, or continued availability. You may withdraw your request at any time by emailing feedback@slipforms.ai.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16, be able to form a binding agreement where you live, and use an email address you control. Do not submit another person's address without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or request endpoint. In particular, do not:
- submit automated or bulk requests;
- scrape, enumerate, probe, or disrupt the request system;
- impersonate someone or submit an address you do not control; or
- use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the beta-access form stores, why we use it, and how to withdraw a request.
Intellectual property
The Slipform name, mark, site, copy, and product materials belong to Kaska LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant a license to reproduce, repackage, or present them as your own. You may link to the public site.
Third-party services
The site uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, storage, and email routing. Any future app access may also depend on services such as Codex and will be subject to separate beta terms and the provider's own terms.
Availability and warranty
The site and beta-access list are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaska LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the public site or beta-access list. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may reject or remove a request and may restrict site access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the site and withdraw your request at any time.
Governing law
Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Changes
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. The effective date and version above identify the terms associated with a request. If a material change requires new agreement, we will ask before applying it to an existing request.
